Mark T. Albers, D.D.S.
Dr. Albers grew up in a small farming community in northeastern Nebraska. A third generation dentist, he followed in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps by attending Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska.
Dr. Albers moved to Colorado Springs in 1987 to work as an associate in a large dental practice. In 1990, he took over an established practice located in the downtown area. In 2005, the practice was moved to its current location at 2155 Hollowbrook Drive.
Dr. Albers understands the importance of continually learning, enhancing his dental skills, and staying abreast of the latest developments in dentistry, and therefore dedicates over 100 hours each year to continuing dental education. Since 1991, Dr. Albers has been a member of a local study club which meets eight to ten times each year to discuss the latest in dental techniques and technology, and to work on complex dental cases. Since 1995, he has also participated in a second study club, meeting for multi-day conferences two to three times per year. Dr. Albers is a regular attendee at the Denver Mid-Winter and American Academy of Restorative Dentistry meetings, and he also attends meetings of the International Academy of Gnathology. This commitment to excellence has resulted in Dr. Albers again being recognized for the quality of his dentistry in Denver-based magazine, 5280. (See p. 3)
